Letters of Sky
An aeon of stars devoured by void
Letters scream along sky.
They lingered of you, spilling their message,
A glimmer of our goodbye.
In a parting gleam of woeful lust
Streaming satellite-dusted cries,
Signaling the rueful space of light year waves
Broadcasting from radio eyes.
Farewell to you from where we hailed
In the zones beyond the pines,
Mission Control can't send us home,
We're On-Air with space and time.
