The Haddonfield Haikus
This autumnal breeze
Scented of apple cider trees
Brought in with each rain
Its grey frigid clouds
Moving water as they pour
The boogeyman is near
The brown leaves of fall
Rustling damp on carved pumpkins
Now he haunts our streets
Creeping through bedrooms
Prowling its halls in costume
The Night he came Home
